Die 6% Regenrisiko der WetterApp haben wir aber dann doch gr\u00fcndlich eingezogen. Zum Gl\u00fcck konnten wir die Anstiege, von denen es inbesondere der \u00dcbergang nach Otter Ferry in sich hatte, ohne Regenh\u00e4ute meistern. Dabei war einmal mehr die Steilheit und nicht die L\u00e4nge der limitierende Faktor. Rampen ab 20% werfen mich mit Gep\u00e4ck und Full Scottish Breakfast im Magen einfach manchmal ab.<\/p>\n<p>Wie es die Schotten schaffen die Strassen steiler als ihre Bergh\u00e4nge zu bauen &nbsp;(Auf Fotos sieht&#8217;s jedenfalls immer nur moderat h\u00fcgelig aus) bleibt ein R\u00e4tsel.<\/p>\n<p>Und l\u00e4ngere Abfahrten in dieser Steilheit f\u00fchren zu Bremswegen die jeden Fotohalt zur Herausforderung werden lassen. Meist ist die Aussicht vorbei bis man h\u00e4lt, aber Hauptsache die Bremskabel halten.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt haben wir heute ein gutes Alpenpass\u00e4quivalent geschafft und das heisse Luxusbad zu
